Puppo, an emerging DTC dog food brand, was established by a lean startup and has since been acquired by Mars Petcare. I collaborated closely with the core growth team and food scientists to strategically reposition the product, shifting its focus from a meme-based branding to a science-backed approach to better align with its price point and targeted audience.
