Goal: Develop beautiful and delightful packaging that aligns with Eargo’s award-winning product design.

Partnered with overseas vendors to develop and test packaging quality and dielines. Responsibilities included conducting press checks abroad, working with the operations team to optimize boxing and shipping costs, and presenting recommendations to the executive team.
